Bedrooms can be used for Bridal Party Changing Area and downstairs Bathroom for Guests!

Officiant for Rehearsal and Ceremony
Includes 1-2 hours pre-meeting/s, 1 hour Rehearsal, if needed and 1-2 hrs Ceremony
Music – Vocalist/Emcee for Ceremony & Reception
Includes equipment set up and take down of microphones for Officiant, PA system & speakers,
Vocalist will compile your song selections and play background music via CD
starting 30 min before ceremony as guests are arriving and being seated,
CD backup for 2-3 songs of your choice performed by vocalist during Ceremony and/or Reception,
Vocalist will also host a fun, low-key 3-4 hour Reception with your choice of music, including requests!
The CD will be yours to keep and enjoy!
(For an additional fee, pianist can accompany vocalist during Ceremony and Reception and
can include a set or more of elegant jazz music - drummer and bassist also available)
Photographer for Ceremony and Reception
Includes: 1-2 hours Pre-meeting and Engagement Pictures,
Getting Ready, Bride and Groom, Family, Bridal Party & Destination Photos,
Wedding Ceremony (approx 1 hr) and Reception (approx 3-4 hours)
Hours will be spent afterward pouring over photos to make perfect!
You’ll receive the complete CD of digitals with all photos and
access to private website where wedding party and guests can order prints.
(Additional fees for specially processed photos such as soft look or glamorized may apply -
fees vary from $10/photo and up)
Family who can't come but would love to be included during the event?
Live Streaming Video to national or international location is available for small additional fee -
Also provides fun entertainment too as you can communicate back and forth!
The Day of Your Wedding, Birdsong Cottage will provide:
Spectacular Gardens, Flowering Hanging Baskets and Containers!
Venue Facilitator for Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception including 2-3 hours of pre-planning,
overseeing set up and take down of caterer, florist and cake delivery,
plus facilitating wedding party before & during Ceremony & Reception!
Parking Attendant, Set up and Take Down of Items provided by Birdsong Cottage!
Beautiful White Arbor with lighted grapevine garland and flanking container boxes!
Buffet Serving Tables: 5 long for Food & Beverages, 2 medium for Cake & Guest book/Gifts!
White Lattice-back Patio Chairs!
Fire Pit and Patio lights to make your celebration sparkle!
White Party Tent plus smaller garden tents are included if needed for inclement weather!
Large paver stone Patio can be used for the Dance Floor!
Approximate TimeFrame: 9am Set-up, Photgrapher starts approx 11am,
Ceremony/Reception approx 4pm-9pm,
Last Dance approx 9pm, Take Down by 10pm (13 hours)
Does Not Include:
Food and beverages (you can host your own BBQ and/or use the services of an outside catering company!)
Utensils, china, glasses/stemware, paper goods, tablecloths, linens and serving pieces - usually provided by caterer,
Round dining tables for seated reception, Wedding Cake/s, Wedding Flowers,
Extra Large Tent Rental for seated dinner groups over 50 may possibly be needed for inclement weather conditions.
Venue Facilitator can provide excellent and affordable resources for all of the above based on previous experience!
