Birdsong Cottage is in the heart of the majestic Snoqualmie Valley in North Bend, WA, also known as "Twin Peaks" from the TV series. Convenience to local attractions and I-90 makes this home a perfect spot between Snoqualmie Pass and Seattle. This is a beautiful drive along the I-90 corridor, also called the "Mountains to Sound Greenway."

Birdsong Cottage is within minutes of Snoqualmie Falls, the Mount Si Trailhead, several golf courses (one is a short walk down the street), the North Bend Outlet Mall, and the brand new Snoqualmie Casino! Marvel at the panoramic view of the Cascade Mountains and the 3 forks of the Snoqualmie River running through them. The wildlife viewing is incredible - especially our local elk herd!

The home has been professionally decorated with tasteful colors, healthy, living plants and bird-theme decor, giving the home a peaceful, spa-like feel. The fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen features a sunny, greenhouse window and has many wonderful amenities, including a coffee maker with “Starbucks” coffee, a selection of teas, creamers and sweeteners, filtered water, and a crock-pot, rice-maker and popcorn-popper. This is in addition to the standard pots and pans, cookie sheets, toaster, blender, microwave and beautiful service for 18! The dining room table can seat up to 10, and there are two additional fold-out tables if needed.

The living room is elegant, yet casual, with a leather sofa, comfy chairs and floor-pillows, perfect for movie-watching! Enjoy the 40” flat-screen HDTV with cable and movies provided, including the “Twin Peaks” series. The wood-burning fireplace (logs included) is perfect for winter evenings. A game closet is also stocked with board games!

We've spared no expense with the comfort of the beds and bedding with “Beautyrest,” pillow top mattresses, 450-thread count Egyptian Cotton Sateen sheets and warm, down blankets (hypoallergenic). Relax in the "River Rock" Master bedroom, the "Green Room" and the "Sparrow Room," all named for their style of decor in restful, earthy-tones. The romantic Master bedroom has a King bed, cedar, cathedral ceiling, 32" flat-screen HDTV, views of Mount Si and a private bathroom. The "Green Room" features a queen bed with a lovely, garden view. The "Sparrow Room" has a trundle bed with two, twin mattresses which can be converted into a King-sized bed to best suit your needs. There's also a small TV with DVD player - perfect for the kids! Shared by all bedrooms is a bookshelf carefully stocked with some favorite novels, bird books and children’s books. Look for whimsical, bird touches in every room! We want you to feel pampered because you deserve it!

A very comfortable, full-sized futon sits in the family room and may be easily used for extra sleeping space. A queen-sized air mattress is also available upon request. Luxury bedding is provided!

The 2.5 bathrooms sparkle in calming, earthy tones with fluffy, white towels. The upstairs bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and a view of the beautiful backyard with sounds of the pond/waterfall and river. In elegant, driftwood baskets is a starter-supply of Bath & Body Works travel shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. No need to bring toilet paper, kleenex or a hairdryer, as this is all provided.
